"Met a few other families for our time in Chicago, would not say this was good for having smaller children. Nice property, had good pools and grounds, but, would not allow food not purchased at the hotel outside or at the pool…and if you have small kids and picky eaters this was not good. We had a day we hung around with the other families and wanted to have pizza in a common area but were told we could not, so ended up cramped in one families room"

"I was looking forward to staying at this hotel, the description and amenities sound fab, but once there, I didn't get the same feel. Vintage vibe in decor, that was cool, but it was just a little dirty. My room only had one towel, I did ask the front desk, and they didn't have any, and house keeping doesn't get in till 7:30 am.
