When we arrived the receptionist noticed I was using a walking aid and unprompted started looking to change our room to an accessible room eliminating needing to use stairs. We were very touched by his thoughtfulness. It was an upgrade to a suite which was outstanding and it really enhanced our comfort and experience. "Smooth check in, room was exceptional and property was in close proximity to the centre of York. On site parking available. Only downside was traffic noise quite loud through the night as room was at the front but couldn’t be helped. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again."

"Excellent place to stay with free parking outside and only a ten minute walk onto the seafront. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a double room which was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Scarborough."
