"It’s my second time staying there. I really enjoyed my stay so I said let’s stay there again. I love how clean it is. It’s quite at night. The breakfast is awesome."

"Lovely motel, staff is kind, the facility is clean, and the housekeeper is the absolute best. Never needed for anything, as they were on top of everything. I was even able to bring my cat. And all accommodations were mer and exceeded. Definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re in the norwalk Area"

"This is very old building with minor updates. The first room I was in, The AC was consistently leaking and there was a bucket underneath the leak so that states they were full aware of this. Un-homed people were outside of the room. Once I complained, she changed the room for me. I had to ask them to clean the old AC which had a lot of dust. I had to speak into the translator on the phone for them to understand me. The bath tub needs to be changed. The sheets had blood stains and...

"Shuttle didn’t leave on time and was unpredictable - reception didn’t want to help and “explained” it’s a contractor. I almost missed my flight!"

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"Freeway noise and staff not very friendly as most are not well trained to respect or appreciate their customers more who pay for their income sadly. Otherwise convenient and well maintained. Wish more hanging hooks or closet area for clothes."

"We had a nice stay. The property is really nice and so was the staff. The shower was excellent. It was very big. The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great. The hotel was in a part of town that was not nice and they advised is not to walk around at night outside of the hotel grounds. The grounds were secure with locked gates and a fence so we felt safe. There were noisy people beside us the first night. They seemed to be fighting. The first floor...

"This is my second time staying here. I choose this hotel mainly for the convenient location to my firm in Diamond Bar, but it is also very comfortable. Near a Target, Starbucks, and several restaurants. Lots of parking. Breakfast was convenient. Unique social hour. Only wish the rooms with double beds had one more chair for guests, so they don’t have to sit on the bed. I had a King bed the first time, which also had a couch and coffee table. Super convenient for visitors."

"Thank You Yukon San. Jeff San. Ise Shama restaurant Japanese style was the best part of it. My son Sri enjoyed the beef intestine for the first time. Hot Sake was served well. Shaun, Arthur and shin San are a great team. Looking forward to visit Miyako hybrid hotel again another time. Love Kiran"
