Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. On arrival, the beds were not arranged as chosen, the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, with dirt and splashes on and around the seat. The apartment was not in a habitable condition, and we were unable to sleep there on the first night. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to spend part of the next day waiting at the apartment to allow cleaners...

"Great stay! Clean, spacious and convenient hotel in Griffintown. Old Port and downtown are a 20 to 30 minute walk, or one can take the bus - stops are close by. Highly recommended!"

"I liked that the property was very clean, convenient to get to places , and communication was well done. However, to get from the parking lot to our room, we had to transfer elevators from one BUILDING to another. So that was a slight inconvenience. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this place to a friend as we had an overall positive experience."
