"Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. "Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."

"The hotel was fine, but checking in was problematic especially after late night travel. We needed every form of ID and needed to sign multiple forms. After two weeks of travel and multiple hotels, this was the most troublesome. It took over half an hour just to check in, after already completing all forms online ahead of time.
