"Fabulous location, great hotel. Lovely and clean, bedrooms very quiet. Yes no tea/ coffee in rooms but there is a section on each floor to make tea/coffee. Also fab Barista coffee served at breakfast - which was great. Staff all very friendly. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and trying a different Ruby hotel."

"The staff at Vancouver couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!!! They were so friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond to put us in a room that was more accessible for us and our infant. The room was excellent, clean, and we would 1000% stay here again. A short walk to two metro stops, and in such a quiet location, it’s totally worth it!!"

The double room I had did not have adequate means to work as I was on a business trip but overall the room was comfortable, warm (despite it being freezing outside) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for the price paid and stay again. "

The neighborhood is beautiful and near all public transportation, and it’s near nice restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. A really nice surprise with the cleanliness and kind staff (cleaners & front desk). "

"VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected. Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean . Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things. The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...

"It was a wonderful stay for our family. The lady helped and found us a bigger room for our family, so we can sleep comfortably. The place also close to all the convenience store, places to eat and park. "
