"The Ruby Zoe was a unique hotel. It is well-situated in the Notting Hill/Portobello Road area within a quick walking distance to several tube stations and bus stops. As others have mentioned, the rooms were compact but user—friendly. I like that there were coffee and tea stations on each floor rather than in the rooms. "We loved our stay at The Laslett. The location was perfect to get to Central London as well as Wimbledon and there are so many great restaurants near the hotel itself. Isabella at the Front Desk was exceptionally helpful to us during our stay, and our room was immaculate and spacious. Also arranged for a fantastic massage treatment in the hotel's spa which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....

"The staff was amazing very helpful, the location was walkable and easy to navigate. Many eateries in walking distance as well as the Metro. Our only issue was the walls were quite thin we could our neighbors."

"There was confusion regarding check in as they don't have a front desk. Was unsure how to access the unit until the moment we arrived. Had to ring a doorbell and an employee came. They then give you codes to get in. Not sure what would happen after hours or late on weekends as I don't think anyone is there. Other than that the neighborhood is good and safe. The unit was very clean but very basic. Could have used a coffee table. The roll out "bed" was horrible though. It more of a roll out chair....
