"The good: decent price, great location, fridge and microwave in room, responsive hosts. The not so good: this is not really a hotel. There is no front desk, no staff on site, no luggage storage, not even a sign. The ensuite bath was tiny, nobody over 5’10”/200lbs would even fit in the shower."

"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"

"Generally the stay was fine. Room view over gardens nice. Room very compact. Noise level fine. Disappointed by the breakfast not enough tables for the volume, coffee pod machine didn’t work most of the time, always had to ask for a glass for juice, the food selection was poor. Hot food was not inviting. Second day we opted to avoid although pre paid but wasn’t worth the wait. "

"Clean room, responsive staff, great area, super close to Paddington station, and 15 min. walk to Notting Hill. The room is incredibly small, barely any space for the two of us and our three bags, so better if you're single or only planning on sleeping and showering! Otherwise, great stay for a good price :) "

"The room we stayed in had clearly just been renovated, and that was appreciated. Our beds were comfortable and we were allowed to check in a few hours early for a small fee. Our room was small but about average for that area (and price point) in London. Only complaint--I'm not sure if the walls in the hotel are paper thin, or many other guests were inconsiderate, or the hotel needs to update the hinges on all doors but we constantly heard doors slamming at all hours. It was a little hard to fall asleep because of that. Aside from that minor complaint, our one night stay here was fine. Would recommend to fellow travelers."
