"Room was clean , very clean, helpful staff at front desk , they offered free toothbrush , toothpaste , comb , and others small items that sometimes finished or forget ,AC.little hassle to use because functions so confused , breakfast they have diferent variety every day on main plate , fruits available every day , continuos free coffe all day . Elevatord need attention , programation not really good , it stop every floor without reason , is not a big issue for me because even I was on 13 floor I barely used , preferably walked up-down stairs for exercise , yes unbelievable but true . Stay for 4 days , family vacation , excelent view of the front beach malecón , I will recommend , if you stay there choose first three level , on high level water pressure on bathroom have some problems , again I recommend and I will be back again ,this was our second time on this hotel . Only the minors issues I already mentioned , but is a excelent place to have a nice ocean view , choose front rooms . Maintenance team resolve a problem with the room electronic door knob , immediately staff at front upgrade a new room without any extra cost , they give us a suite . 😊👍"
