"There was a beer can in the bin and a sweet wrapper on the bedside table. Although we paid £550 for two nights if we wanted to use the spa it was a further £15/person for one hour! The property and rooms were lovely but I feel for the price a few tweaks are needed!"

"The Arden Hotel was really conveniently located for us. Staff were lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy. Bathroom was great. The bedroom is a little dated but still comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay."
