"Great property with incredible service. The pool facilities were great for families. There is also an adults only pool for a quieter atmosphere. We really enjoyed the facilities for kids and the day spa. We had a family room, which was spacious with a separate dining and living room. Great for a family. The only issue was the incredibly uncomfortable sofa in the living room. Made the bed the only space to relax. "

"Best buffet breakfast ever. Loads of options no matter what your diet. The beach wasn’t the cleanest, but the access was easy and there was sand at the pool to give that “on the beach” effect. Pool was heated. Service was TOP TIER. Very safe, they had military-like guards at the entrance and you have to drive a lil ways to get in. Comfy beds. Cleanliness was ehn. Could’ve been better, but not bad. I would go back TOMORROW if I could. "

Yoga who cleaned my room did a great job impressing me with his towel creations. I found the front desk to be helpful and super accommodating. The pools are beautiful and the property is stunning very lush and well maintained. Highly recommend a stay here for warm Balinese hospitality "

"A group of 20 came here for my girlfriend 50th birthday and everything was AMAZING from the time we arrived (almost 8pm). When i say this place is BEAUTIFUL that would be an understatement. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The only thing is when doing tours and you want to grab a quick bite make sure it's not a $90 lobster :-). I tried the Luwak coffee and that would be a HARD PASS for me. Just staying around the resort is so serene and peaceful. The rooms and hotel are VERY CLEAN. The staff there are very polite attentive and will above and beyond to accommodate your needs. This was my first LONG distance flight and when i say i will gladly do it again to be at this resort i will. Sofitel Nusa Dua owes me NOTHING this was a lifetime experience. I definitely will be visiting in the near future. I LOVED THIS HOTEL Oh the beach is very clean not much seaweed but there is an issue with the water receding. If you get up for morning sunrise you will see what I'm referring to. But overall the trip was AMAZING WONDERFUL & WELL PLANNED AT SOFITEL NUSA DUA BALI."
