It was a no frills hotel in a quiet area. But stay was marred by the room. Suffered bed bug bites. Hotel needs to take serious action to clean the mattress and covers!

I guess it is generally good (room and food) but was disappointed there was no pool towel. Also, the 1st floor was dark therefore making the resto and pool area a bit sad.

Great place to stay. Everyone and everything was great. The only negative was, we waited 1.5 hours for dinner. Should have been 15 minutes. The dinner was delicious though.

lengthy check in and out
Location is in Nusa Dua Centre, there is a suttle bus to shopping center and beach (hotel does not have private beach). Check in is annoying and lengthy, alot of unnecesary questions. Nowdays, normally hotel only asks credit card as "bond", they did not. As a result, a lengthy check out as well as, they need to check items in the room. We were asked about pillow (??). Breakfast is very basic but the resto is good and tasty. Room is big with veranda. not much facility in the hotel, just swimming pool, small gym and resto. In general, only staff in reception are not that friendly with lengthy check in and out.

Really friendly staff, great location and breakfast was the best. Was upgraded from a standard room to the deluxe on arrival. We were also able to do a late checkout due to a late flight. Prices were reasonable but the fish and chips from room service was laughably small, go out for dinner instead of using the hotel's restaurant. Located in a family-friendly, posh, area of Bali, the hotel had free transport to the beach and the local shopping mall. Look forward to staying there again.

The staff and the services provided were good. Shuttle to the beach, waters on the room, SPA (a little overpriced) and hospitality room. The bedroom was awesome!

Very handy to the International Conference Centre (6 min walk) Good restaurant Breakfast menu good, homemade omelettes, tho not great if you want breakfast cereals My only complaint was that the hot water was lukewarm at best ie you wouldn't want to take a bath

Great spot to stay.
Family holiday. Superb location in gated area. Great amenities. Access to beach and use of umbrella and chairs great. would return in an instance. Friendly staff. Great breakfast to start every day.

Very nice stay
Amenities were very good. The pool was rather small but decent, lots of shade. The breakfast was nice and eclectic. The only downside i would say is that with there being no private beach it was a pain. You can pay for access to any of the other resorts facilities but that was rather expensive. Bali Nusa Dua Hotel did seem to be the cheapest resort in the area so that was a big plus.

It was nice having the shuttle to and from the beach in the shopping center. Breakfast was complete with Indoor or outdoor seating. Lots of families with loud children screaming but not at night. Every single staff member was incredibly polite and helpful.

we arrived after midnight and the staff was as friendly as can be. We stayed for 3 weeks and can say, that is was pure pleasure. we travel a lot and we where really pleased. from day 1 the staff called as by our name and spoiled us. I can recommend this hotel whole ardently. the only thing was the restaurant is halal, so no crispy pork bacon. but the other cooking made up for it, bravo to all the teams. we have memories to last for a long time. thank you. Looks better in photo than the actual conditions:
2 leaks in bathroom, altho fixed, still leaks at bath tub. And this leaves a moldy air in the room. Furnishings and amenities are rather used, maybe due to age of hotel. Staff service is very present, altho an improvement in English language will bring more business to this hotel for its pricing value?

They provide bicycle for free (2 hours). Beach is about 10mins away by bicycle. Big rooms with nice toilet. Very friendly staffs. Enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome, great value stay in Bali
We had avoided going back to Bali after a poor experience 19 years ago, opting for destinations in Australia or Singapore. We were quite apprehensive when we booked, but could not have been more pleased. The staff, room, food and in-house spa were all exceptional. I would recommend Bali Nusa Dua Hotel to anyone wanting a good value destination in a quieter area of Bali.

an excellent value for money. I was in Bali for 3 days and chose this hotel as it was a very convenient location and the price was very attractive compared with other hotels nearby. The most pleasant surprise was on my last day. I checked out at 1pm, went to my meeting and came back to the hotel at around 7pm. I asked if I could take a shower somewhere before I leave for the airport. To my amazement, I was offered a complementary executive suite for 2 hours where I would take a shower, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee prior to departing for the airport. I have stayed at well over 100 hotels around the world but I have never experienced this type of gesture or hospitality - it was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel rather more overly priced hotels in nearby. I will definitely use this hotel again, when I am in Bali next year.

Great relaxing stay
Decor of the hotel was modern but still infused with beautiful Balinese architecture. Room was clean and spacious. Room service great and affordable. Service of staff was friendly and attentive. Area was very private which I enjoyed, a vast difference from the touristy kuta. Private shuttle to beach was also much appreciated.

Quiet area and top quality hotel.
The hotel was wonderful place to stay. The only "fault" that I could find would be to say that it would've been really nice to have had somewhere to sit on the room balcony. The room chair couldn't be taken out there because it wouldn't fit through the door gap, but a couple of plastic chairs would be so good for the balmy Bali evenings. The pool was large and uncrowded. There's a couple of small bar / restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the whole area is very quiet. Not the place to go if you want loud disco's or bars (I didn't!). I'd definitely stay here again.

Very Nice hotel not too far from the beach
Wonderful staff, very comfortable beds, very nice pool. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach from this hotel. They have a shuttle service to a nearby beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Noisy Hotel, Avoid This Place
My room was on the second floor where I stayed for 2 nights (prepaid through Expedia). The cavernous hallways had every door being shut echoing through the hall and into my room all night long. On my second night a noisy group checked in and made loud noise until about midnight. Calls to the Manager didn't help. This was the only bad experience on a 3 week travel around Bali......also the most expensive room I stayed in.

Class in Nusa Dua
I had a quick getaway to Nusa Dua and found the Bali Nusa Dua hotel ideal. Whilst not on the beach front, the hotel is just a 5 min walk away. The staff, amenities and general location were all excellent, being a short stroll to the shopping area Bali Collection.
