"Upon checking in everything was excellent. Panca greeted us warmly. Our initial room was good but there was construction going on which was very loud and not conducive for resting when in room. We were able to change room thanks to Anissa .Other staff of mention is Ening ,Taria (Surfers corner) Nova ,Johanna( waterfall) Julia (waitress) Gilang, Puta(massage ) Ginara( Balinese folklore) Ginuwine Muda Meke (housekeeper for room 1271 Oct 9-16"

"Amazing staff!! So friendly and go beyond to assist. Breakfast even in room dining was amazing. Staff delivered food less than 30 min each time. Room was very clean and beach view was awesome too! Overall - great experience in very nice area. Tour guide told us this is very safe location."
