Very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 rooms booked. The hotel staff (Rahmat) was very responsive on WhatsApp before we reached there. He ensured that we had adjoining rooms so our family could stay together, thank you very much for your service.
The breakfast is ala carte during the soft launch phase of the hotel and it’s wholesome and refreshing. Fresh fruits, eggs, full English, nasi goreng, eggs Benedict. You name it and they have it all. The staff...

Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

A fantastic place. Outstanding service on all parts. Very quiet and calm place. Perfect for just relaxing. Beach is quick 5 min where the hotel has its on small part. No problem getting sun beds at all. One restaurant within the area with a very very nice a la carte breakfast. Highly recommended. The "room" is fantastic with its own little mini pool and lounge group outside.
3-5 min walk to Bali Collection with shopping and restaurants (not as good as the hotel's own). Feels very touristic...

Resort was right on the beach at Nusa Dua with amazing grounds and lagoons. 2 main restaurants meant that for the size of the resort, there was limited food variety but the Westin next door provided other dining options. Amazing cabanas dotted around the resort but were not free and had to be booked, which did not seem right when you are a paying guest. However despite these minor issues, would highly recommend the resort if you want to get away from everything as Nusa Dua is an area full of 5*...

Nice comfortable property to spend with family .our stay here has been quite enjoyable .The location is nice & one can walk down to the market nearby where there are multiple options for food . The only one thing where we find the property was lacking is in its's very limited dining option with limited dishes .

It is a great place to stay. Lovely villa and especially the private pool. Staff are delightful and really look after you. The spa was the highlight for us...First class in every respect! Breakfasts in villa are great with plenty of choices. Other restaurants ok but plenty of choice nearby as well.

These are great villa suites to stay in, if you want to relax away from the city and not near the beach. This is still located close to some landmarks and sight-seeing attractions (GWK Cultural Park, Uluwatu Temple, Melasti Beach etc). We stayed here with a one year old child, in one of the suites, making use of the included pool, kitchen, and dining services. The suite gives you a bif of privacy to relax, and it is very quiet here. The suite rooms were clean, each have an ensuite bathroom, and...

We have chosen a fantastic villa, I liked everything, initially we want to express gratitude for providing such apartments with cool money for such reasonable money. I was the first time in Bali, for the first time I had a rest in the Villa. It is here that you get used immediately and you feel at home, because it’s not crowded, and everything is at home, only the apparatuses are expensive and luxurious, as well as a lot of extra services for extra money. The swimming pool - awesome!!!

We stayed at the Ayodya for 4 nights as a family of four ( wife, toddler son, baby daughter, and myself) and overall had a wonderful time. We booked the all-inclusive package and truly enjoyed the experience—especially our son, who had an absolute blast.

Amazing hotel and lovely experience from arrival to departure. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great food, from the sumptuous breakfasts to the decadent evening barbecues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had the family suite, which includes two separate rooms with shared living area). Staff are attentive and helpful. Restaurants are of a high quality - and priced accordingly. Alternative dining options close by provide good variety.
Would definitely stay again.
