"Excellent location and super comfy hotel / recommended "

"The space was very nice. The property itself was beautiful and made you feel like you were in Bali. The staff were all great as well. My only complaint would be the rooms are very outdated and could use some love. I got the Pirate themed room and it seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. The room itself was cool but it smelt like it hadn’t been aired out in a while. It smelt like mold and humidity. Everything else was excellent including the food. "

"Delivered a consistent Ritz Carlton experience. The resort is drivable to off resort destinations but not walking distance to much off the property. "

"This place is so good for families. You can transfer from Grand Mirage to GM families. Many pools to choose from. Many restaurants to choose however bit pricey. Many little massage areas/food places across the road. Accessible for baby sitter booking. Overall really had a good time. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, with spacious and modern rooms that were comfortable and well presented. However, we felt the hotel lacked daily activities to keep guests engaged, which made the experience feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. The pricing was also quite high coffee at $9 AUD, cocktails around $20-25 AUD, and even bottled water at $10 AUD felt excessive. The kids club was more suited to younger children and appeared somewhat run down, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, while the property has its strengths, we feel that for the price point there are better value options available in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran."

"beautiful property, wonderful room, excellent staff. it was nice to have several options for meals. pricing for meals was a little high for Bali but that goes with a luxury brand. we ate out often and had booked our room with breakfast via expedia so that worked out well. great pool, lovely beach, several places to eat/drink and be on the beach"
