Hotel murah di O'Fallon

"Some remodeling Room was clean, ceiling Sheetrock tape separated"

"Very fresh and new."

"The hotel room was dirty and dingy. There was old food left in the fridge and it smelled rancid. The toilet seat was left up and it looked like someone had just used the bathroom when we first got in the room. They gave us a new room, which I appreciate but the other one we got was still dirty feeling. The walls are stained, there’s old paint drops everywhere from crappy repairs. There was dust and grime on a lot of things. The finishes on the wood and lamps wet coming off. Just really needs...

"Conditioner would not pump anything out and even trying to take it out of the holster was impossible. And the pool was freezing cold. I thought it was a heated pool. Other than that, everything else was excellent."

"We booked this hotel because Expedia stated that they would have a crib. They did not. The only word to describe the property is "disgusting ". The entire property had a rank odor to it. The kids enjoyed the pool but it was cloudy and questionable. The rooms were worse. We enjoyed having ajoining rooms but both had a terrible rancid smell. The carpet had several dark sticky stains, the bathroom was poorly lit but enough to see dirty grout, broken tiles. The over property is very run down. This...

"I left my backpack in the lobby last Friday am, have emailed through Expedia a request to call me, or give me their number so that I can call direct, ask them to send it to me and pay them for their time and expenses. No one will contact, nor can I figure any way out to get their number. Important stuff to me is in it."

"No"

"I have nothing good to say about this property. I thought when I pulled up they were closed. The only exterior lights were street lights, the awning to park and go inside was not lit. The automatic door didn't work and was just left standing open. All the trash recepticles were full except in the room. My door look like it had been broken into and just bandaged to close. But you could stick your fingers in the cracks, and the safety latch did not work. The carpet was nasty all matted and the...

"Even on the setting of “coldest”, the refrigerator never got cold. The staff seemed extremely put out anytime you needed anything at the front desk and that is when they were actually there."

"Since I booked thru Expedia was very reluctant to help. Indeed, when I needed to do horten my stay by 2 night staff referred me back to Expedia and refused to help me."

"I liked the breakfast. It was good."

"The room was clean, the property was convenient to everything and well maintained. The happy hour was a pleasant surprise. When we travel back to the area I will definitely stay here again."

"Good"

"Clean room, helpful staff"

"Very nice place to stay."

"Very good service at this hotel. The staff is wonderful. We went for a conference and took more than 40 people with us and were treated wonderfully"
