"Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking...

"We like everything it was very clean room , the staff was very kind and polite in all shifts , breakfast the three days always was fresh, healthy and the cafeteria was very clean, they have free fresh coffee and tea 24 hours….. love the parking space close to the entrance and not extra charge, also they have three elevators .definitely I’ll be back again to stay in my next vacation."

"I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot.
Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."
