"Right off the Hwy"

"The price is good but I would pay an extra 30 dollars a night if this place was completely renovated and the staff were more professional. You can't run a business if your not there to run it. Im referring to the owner. Leaving a bunch of workers and management to run a crappy building living in that crappy building and expected to run it isnt a good way of running a hotel. I was the last person to book a room and I walked down the hallways and they smelled bad. The carpet in the hotels hallways...

"The rooms were fantastic, the amenities were excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. Parking was ok but all on the street with meters. The good thing was that there was free parking on the weekend."

"Parking very limited on surface. Had special instructions for no feather pillows, which was ignored. Was provided replacement pillows, one of which a feather pillow. Second replacements were good. Woman at the front desk was great, but the hotel doesn't seem to have any real system in place to deal with allergies. Will not be coming back, even though it's in a good spot downtown."
