"Check-in was 3:00 pm, and my room was not ready. The front desk clerk had a friend there with her behind the desk and had her go check my room. When she came back, she said it was "cleanish". We took the room because we needed to change for a concert an hour away. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets, and each bed had only 1 pillow. There were what looked like blood stains on the wall. It could have been my fault that the room was not entirely clean, but when you have a reservation, I expected it to be ready, especially since I called ahead requesting an early check-in, and my reservation was confirmed."

"The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. The building is very rundown. It was good for a night but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"The condition of the hotel was adequate. 1 elevator was very small and slow. Was assigned a handicap room which I did not request. Water took time to heat up. Bathroom floor was dirty. However the bed was comfortable. "

"They are remodeling with new carpet and wallpaper but the rooms are really tired! Lipstick on a pig as they say! Hopefully rooms the next step. Comforter was literally threadbare with holes. I could literally see through the door jam into the hallway.. that’s just not acceptable from a Fire code perspective! We could hear a whisper in the hallway! The icing on the cake was when the fire alarm went off at 5am.. For $220 bucks I was expecting more. Bottom line is I will never book another stay at La Quinta again EVER!"

"We arrived at check-in time around 3 PM and neither of the two rooms I booked were ready. The front desk also tried to charge me a higher rate than what I booked until I showed proof of my reservation price. We were given one room while waiting for the second, and the toilet in the first room leaked when flushed. After returning from a concert around 1 AM, we discovered the hotel had mixed up room assignments — my name was attached to another guest’s room, and someone else’s name was on mine. Staff said it couldn’t be fixed until the manager arrived the next day, even though the manager was the one who checked us in. At checkout, the GM was rude and dismissive, offered no real apology, and promised a refund for the rate difference that still has not been processed. There were also issues with the motion-sensor bathroom lights randomly shutting off while in use. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very disorganized and unprofessional, and I would not stay here again."
