"Stayed at Soho Suites in Atlantic City and overall had a good experience. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, which made things smooth right from the start. The property itself is a refurbished motel, and for the price, the rooms are a great value for what you get. That said, there are a couple of downsides—the lighting in the bathroom isn’t great, and there’s really nowhere convenient to put your bathroom toiletries. Parking isn’t the best, so it’s probably easier to just pay the $20 and park at Resorts nearby. If you’re looking for something affordable and simple, this is a solid option."

"The room was ugly the curtains had a hole in it the fridge didn’t work. It was dusty from the bathroom to the bedroom.needs to be remodeled on the Dennis side but u go to the other side it’s all remodeled new everything i don’t care if one side is more or less it should still look clean if u paying ur money. Then the rooms don’t have lights in the room just 2 over the beds that’s it and the bathroom and hallway."

"I had a smoking room yet the smoke alarm went off every time I smoked and had to wait for an actual person to come to disable it. I was terribly disappointed by that. There were stains on the carpet and couch but besides that I had a great experience. Everything was accessible. "

"Very outdated for the price. Almost nowhere to plug in chargers or hair care needs. Entire room had stains all over the curtains, chairs and carpets. The casino itself smells like smoke everywhere. Overall, would not stay there again or recommend. "

"The room was clean, smelled good! Room service:food was bad, old chicken, dried up tomato! It was supposed to be a fresh salad with chicken also price said $15 got charged $28 without explanation. "

"I did not like that my room was on the lower level with a view of the roof haha jokes on me .They should have given options on Expedia and at the check-in. The 1st experience at Ocean was not what I expected."

"The check in process was terrible, very poor managed (the actual staff at the Showboat however was friend & helpful). The room was not well maintained, chipping paint, ceiling & wall had water damage and was falling apart. The one pot, and one pan were full of scratches and chipping. I will not book with CozySuites"
