"We would rate our stay a 4.5 The towels in the room had strands of hair all over. I got 4 new towels Saturday and they also had strands of hair. Our shower faucet had a sizeable hole around it. "Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it.
