"Honestly I love Oceanside California, but the hotels are trip. This one is nice the staff is friendly, they only hold $50 where Ramada is $200. The rooms are nice. Getting there is confusing, and you don't want a vehicle over 6 feet tall. Overall I'm happy with this place"

"I paid a deposit (twice) and they never gave it back to me. I called to follow up when it would be credited back to my account and they just hung up on me. Worst customer service and overall hotel experience. I wish I could give negative stars"

"amenities didn’t work, such as blow dryer, etc. No smoking 100% property, however the front desk ladies are vaping INSIDE as i’m checking in."

"My primary complaint is that in two rooms I used during my stay the shower units had problems requiring aid. The breakfast items were barely adequate. the evening staff seemed to not be knowledgeable nor empowered to make decisions. A very plain motel. Overall it was a two star facility in my view."

"Room does not look like photos. Dingy, run down, stains on bed. A/C was warm. I checked out right after I checked in. Hotel and Expedia wouldn't refund. Expedia gave me a $25 credit, yay! Lol. So apparently a hotel can mislead and put you in a filthy room and there's no recourse. I would NEVER book here!"

"Best place to stay in Oceanside"

"Pros: It was nice and clean, both staff members we spoke with were friendly. It was super convenient - a 2 minute walk to Starbucks; a 2-minute walk to In-N-Out, a 5-minute walk to Angelo's. The room was clean and pretty spacious, same with the bathroom. It was infinitely better than where we had spent the previous night. Cons: Water pressure not great. I wish there had been a movable shower handle instead of just a shower head. No breakfast."

"Front desk staff at check-in was friendly. The property itself is in need of overall maintenance and updating. Old mattresses, noisy box springs. A/C thermostat didn’t work. Missing floor tiles. Lines on tv screen. Hair dryer didn’t work."

"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and proximity to the pier / beach / restaurants, and access to the underground parking garage, made for a great beach vacation experience for our family. The free breakfast is good, although by the end of the 5th day, we were ready for some 'real eggs' and bacon. Would be nice to have had more fresh fruit options. Also, the stair cases were dilapidated, and the elevators (when both working) were fine, but if one wasnt working took too long to go up/down....

"No trash can I the room no security resulting to sketchy individuals in the parking lot The room was dirty and was switched to another room that had the tv off the wall no trash can loud neighbors lol don’t do it !"

"Muy mala experiencia. Durante varios días no hubo aire acondicionado, con un calor insoportable en la habitación. Nunca limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas durante toda mi estancia. Reporté el problema en recepción y me dijeron que era una falla general del hotel y que no podían hacer nada. No recibí el servicio por el que pagué y no recomendaría este hotel."
