" A beautiful property, lots of charm. A large room with lovely little details. A nice street in Chepstow too. Lots of amenities & extras, very helpful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble.
My only complaint is that I found the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in places. "

"We booked the hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. When we arrived we went to the lounge for tea. I was in awe of the two ladies on the reception/bar. They were probably doing the job of 4 people and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and we had a great couple of nights sleep! "A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. "Booked the hotel to be able to get into Cardiff for a concert. Good access and parking. Relatively easy to get to Cardiff via Uber to Newport station and then train. Unfortunately had to leave early next morning so didn't get to sample breakfast though it looked very nice. Would stay again."
