"My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in. "They are currebtly remodeling. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay for a free breakfast in a cheaper hotel. Our suite was right next to the pool so very loud. Also there were a bunchnof kids running and screaming until 1am. "

The front desk staff experienced difficulties with our Expedia reservation and shared her challenges with us instead of remaining professional and handling the reservation. We were encouraged to book straight through the property as opposed to using Expedia in the future; however, we prefer to use Expedia."
