"Perfectly situated in downtown Chippewa Falls, with everything in walking distance! Our King suite was comfy, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and Starbucks coffee. The complimentary hot breakfast was a highlight with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffle maker, fruit, etc. The person who set up breakfast was very nice and attentive. Desk staff were largely absent, but we didn't need much. In the vending area, you can get a pizza and bake it in a pizza oven...super convenient for late night...

"It was a clean room however the room freshener was a bit strong. We just opened the screen door and all was well. We had a late check in so they left a number to call so we knew what to do. They were pleasant and friendly. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the location of the hotel, a nearby good restaurant and the price made up for it. The room had comfy chairs so we didn’t have to watch TV from the bed."

"Staff were all friendly and always said hello/good morning. Front desk woman was very accommodating; we got in a night earlier than expected and while I had booked another night, she ensured we wouldn't have to swap rooms the next morning which was very nice for her. Room was very clean and nice, bed was kinda hard/stiff but that's personal preference. We LOVED the breakfast there; many more choices than typical hotel. "They are in process of renovating, so new paint and carpet, door had post-it notes to tell the room numbers. But our first room had a window that was cracked open and didn’t shut (it was -13 outside), 2nd room was ok… but you couldn’t turn on the sink unless you used 2 hands. Fridge was so loud we ended up unplugging it so we could sleep. Beds were new but the linens felt either cheap or dirty… No pool or hot tub like the pictures on the website showed. "It was a great place! Clean, cute, convenient. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Just wish the restaurant had been open on Monday. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area."

"The property sits 500 feet from a major busy highway and intersection. The rooms were dark dingy and I wouldn't put my suitcases on the floor. The bathroom was gross!! There was a hole with peeling pain and plaster by the to and the drain plug was laying on the soap dar and was black on the bottom We immediately went back to check out and they charged us for a full night when we had beeb there less than 30 minutes. Awful customer service and advise to go elsewhere...awful experience"
