"Great resort. Super small but suited my needs. The beach was right there, no walking needed. There are a bunch of wellness activities throughout the week. I stayed Monday through Friday. Some activities were a stretch class, Mexican bead work, Spanish language class through food and culture, glass paintings, and bracelet making. "En general cómodo y accesible. En el baño había hormigas, y no hay suficiente espacio de estacionamiento, una noche tuve que dejar el carro fuera. La alberca limpia, pero se le están cayendo los venecianos."

"You will be charged more taxes by the hotel than what is listed directly on your booking. They charged different rates for different guests. Also, they do NOT uphold their policy for cancellation or changes made after the date listed on your reservation. Unfortunately we stayed during the Sargassum and disappointed the hotel did not communicate that the beach was unusable due to all the seaweed. "Great resort. Clean and a beautiful layout. Food was delicious which offered a variety of options. Service was generally good, which a few exceptions. Rooms were clean. Only issues we had was check in. They wasted an hour of our time during check in trying to upsell services to us and they wouldn’t seem to take no as an answer. Which frustrated me.
