It was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, and the rooms were perfect. We could walk right to the beach from our room, and the restaurants were great overall. I would highly recommend this place for people looking for a peaceful getaway right on the beach, without the huge crowds in the hotel zone of Cancun.

The property is located in a nice location but is good just to sleep and go nothing fancy. The restaurant next door it’s nice and the food is affordable. I loved staying here. The turquoise accents in the room really made it feel I like the ocean. I could see the beautiful pool in the ocean from my window. It was just a short walk to the beach. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ojo de Agua. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. The hotel is situated right on the beach and has lounge chairs for guest use and a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. Margaritas on the beach…it doesn’t get much better than this!

I got the room I wanted, door had obviously been kicked in before and was badly repaired, showerhead only provided a dribble down the wall staff did try to remedy but I gave up and made due, breakfast was available next door but not until 10:30 am and only on random days, the pool was drained on my 3rd day , staff was great, manager looked at me like I was a criminal and sternly told me rules like I was an irresponsible teen, I'm 67, that said it was a nice quiet stay with a beautiful beach, I got what I paid for
