"You will be charged more taxes by the hotel than what is listed directly on your booking. They charged different rates for different guests. Also, they do NOT uphold their policy for cancellation or changes made after the date listed on your reservation. Unfortunately we stayed during the Sargassum and disappointed the hotel did not communicate that the beach was unusable due to all the seaweed. The smell also was so bad it made some in our party nauseous and sick. The hotel does not work...

"Situated in rich forest habitat with two little cenotes on property. Lovely!"

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Great resort. Super small but suited my needs. The beach was right there, no walking needed. There are a bunch of wellness activities throughout the week. I stayed Monday through Friday. Some activities were a stretch class, Mexican bead work, Spanish language class through food and culture, glass paintings, and bracelet making. Food was great, especially Ro Marley for breakfast and lunch. I recommend adding a fried egg to your chillaquiles. Banana pancakes and yogurt are great. Ceviche is...

"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony.
