"The property is exactly as advertised. Loved the convenience of the pool right in front and a beautiful view of the lake in back. Short drive to Everything, Harbor Walk was 15 mins away. I enjoyed and will be book again."

"We could see the water, but I wouldn't say our unit had a view. Ok, because I knew that when I booked. It was a nice condo with good amenities. I had to report some damage to a mirror when we arrived. They sent someone to look and their response was timely. We extended an extra night and that was handled efficiently. When I asked about new parking passes, they didn't follow through on that, but I just changed the date on the pass and had no problem. Two items that were unsatisfactory did not...

"Master bath was not good. Tub leaked so dripping water was annoying. The towel hook kept falling off. Otherwise good place to stay. "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at Island Echos, different unit. The resort is very clean and is well maintained. It’s a great family friendly resort and I highly recommend. Both units were great! This particular unit was my favorite as it was on the 6th floor and on the end so the view was wonderful. ."

"We were advised we could check in an hour early after asking, so we went and purchased groceries. Only to find out that the next chat agent we were chatting with said we could not check in early. After waiting an hour with our groceries at 4 we tried to use the code provided, and it would not work. After taking pictures videos and sending them through the chat channel, they finally assigned a new code which did work the first time. The next day we advised via chat that the dishwasher was clogged...

"We stayed in the C building - which was at the front of the property. The room was clean, the view was decent. The condo was equipped with everything our family needed to have a great trip. Highly recommended place for a great price."
