"Hotel was adjacent to the airport - convenient for early flights! Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Unfortunately our flight was too early for us to try the breakfast menu....Maybe next time!! The shuttle service was very good and much appreciated!! Two suggestions... 1) A clearer indication as to where to wait for the shuttle would be helpful. 2) Perhaps a shelter should be considered in the event of rain"

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."

However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. Having no access...

"Das Hotel ist direkt gegenüber dem Central Bahnhof - somit unruhige Umgebung! Fenster leider nicht sehr dicht, dadurch ist es nicht sehr ruhig. Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und stellenweise abgenutzt."
