"This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House."

"We booked for three nights and only ended up staying two. We did not feel as though everything was as advertised. The room was quite small, with a small hidden fridge and microwave that didn't rotate. The coffee maker in the room burned my hand, the coffee downstairs at night was cold. There's not much storage for longer stays within the room, and it did not seem as though a deep cleaning had occurred in a while as there were cobwebs in the corners and dust in less seen places. "Older motel, very unclean esp floors, windows, walls. No amenities to speak of - no housekeeping done, trash not picked up, no tissues or extra roll TP. You have to ask for the basics. Minimal breakfast - few bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal (what ever they picked up at Walmart) Pool was clean and nice, AC unit worked well"

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"
