"Das Gartenzimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool ist super. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das eigene elektrische Tor ist toll, jedoch wäre eine Info da drüber hilfreich gewesen. Der Durchgang in der Hecke ist mehr als ungünstig, da er so liegt, dass vom Nebengebäude in den Garten und das Zimmer geschaut werden kann. Sollten vom angrenzenden Gebäude beide Vorhänge offen sein, kann vom Parkplatz bis ins Zimmer geschaut werden. Ein Tor in der Hecke würde alle Probleme lösen. "Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful. Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins. "

"Location was excellent, central. We were here for five days, and found the walk to the train station easy. The security was excellent, upmarket, and instructions easy to follow. We also liked the modernity of fittings and especially the shower. Air conditioning excellent."

"This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done."

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"Ik overnacht hier als ik een concert heb in Ziggo Dome. Ook gisteren weer. Zoals altijd, prima overnachting. Goed gelegen nabij Ziggo Dome en station Bijlmer Arena. Veel dank aan de medewerkers dat we onze bagage mochten achterlaten in de bagageruimte, zodat we nog even Amsterdam centrum in konden gaan."

"This hotel will be our new home from home. We tried different hotels in the area in the past. It is elegant, clean, great staff, and a lovely restaurant downstairs. We stayed in Unit 10, which has a loft with a beautiful bathtub and high ceilings. The double head shower was fantastic as well. We seriously don't have anything bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. If you are worried about the lack of a receptionist desk, which I was, don't be! "PARKRUN TOURIST as a solo traveller, who was pushed for time getting to and from the event at Zonnestraal, I took advantage of the cycle for hire. This was the quickest way to get to and from the event without a car. €18. Breakfast was sufficient. I don't eat much in the evening, so had soup and dessert on Friday. Soup was lovely, but the Panacotta was frozen and has split. Was pretty awful and the texture was all wrong."
