"The hotel was very clean. Great ambience . The location was perfect for sightseeing. And walking . The staff were very friendly and they made us feel at home. The one thing it didn’t have was a microwave . Don’t carry leftovers from all the amazing food you will eat in Toronto. Good thing with the location is there were many restaurants all nearby. So we didn’t mind going out again to eat . Also hotel has a restaurant."

"PROS- We stayed for two nights. The staff was polite. Located 1 km away from the Rogers Centre. Our room itself (#21) was very clean, updated and makes use of every square foot to create storage. We had a Queen size bed that was very comfortable and 4 pillows. It also had a small fridge. We had a large window with a view of Beverley Street going up. There are plenty of eateries within a 400m radius, a pharmacy and an LCBO across the street. The bathroom was however quite spacious in comparison...

"Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for walking around downtown or taking the TTC. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Communication was quick and responsive. We enjoyed the balcony as well. We will be back!"

"If you’re looking for a clean and easy place to just lay your head down, this was perfect. Amazing location; streetcar stop right outside the entrance, and a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Staff was great. Only downside I had was the AC was struggling, but other than that, loved it. Will absolutely come back the next time I come to Toronto. "

"Check in was a NIGHTMARE! Called over ten times, emailed and waited over two hours to get into building standing outside in the rain. Room was clean-ish, definitely needed sweeping, sticky counter and washer and dryer full as well as dishwasher- so I had to finish their work and finish making bed. I definitely would not book with this company again."
