"I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was quick to respond to any questions I had, before and during my stay, and accommodated my late check-in. They also gave great recommendations! The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities are accessible, including a small refrigerator in the room and beach towels upon request. "This property is well situated and is true to the pictures. The room was spacious and well appointed. The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. "The hotel has a great roof terrace and we were lucky to visit during the Swift / House Martin season, so we were treated to a spectacular show in the early evenings. Beware that breakfast is not served in the hotel. We had to walk approximately 10 minutes to another hotel for breakfast. The bed was very creaky and not comfortable. However, the hotel location is excellent and very close to the 'Riva' seafront."

The woman working check-in was very nice, communicative and even met me by my bus drop-off to help me with my luggage, and walk me to the hotel. The room was well-appointed, nice bathroom. Because the location is so central, there is some street noise which might bother some guests - I sleep with earplugs so it wasn't a problem. "

"We loved the location of this suite! Everything you could want is within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, the promenade and waterfront. The suite itself is clean and modern, and while on a busy pedestrian street, it is quiet in the room and is an easy place to come back to cool off when needed. We checked in very late due to a night flight and it was a smooth process, the owner is quick and responsive to any questions we had. Overall a great experience. "
