"This was the single most horrendous travel experience I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot for my job! Firstly I was asked to pay for early check in (this is ok as I understand this can be an inconvenience).
Then because I couldn’t check in before the activity we had planned we decided to leave it until after. Upon trying to check in - around 6pm we were told that someone has already checking in - i was surprised as it was no one from our group.
