"Let me start of by saying that the room was nice and clean. Our main complaints dealt with the amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. We booked the weekend at this hotel in particular because it was advertised to have a bistro and a bar in the hotel as well as an indoor pool. During the 3 days we were there, the bistro wasn't open once. Not for breakfast or in the evening for dinner. The front desk said that the person that ran it just "didn't show up." Even if it was staffed, calling the bar a bar is a giant reach. They displayed some general beers and a couple wines, and that was it, but we wouldn't have been able to get that anyways so no one ever ran the bistro. As far as the pool was concerned, it was freezing. It was supposed to be a heated indoor pool, but it was freezing. The building itself was freezing too. They didn't have any towels in the pool room, so my husband went and asked the front desk to which they said they would bring us some. We swam for a few hours, and the towels never came. The shelves stayed empty. So we ended up having to go back up to our room soaking wet. We encountered an employee from the laundry staff as we were waiting to get on the elevator, and told her about the pool room not having towels and about telling the front desk. She just said to ask the laundry staff next time. We booked here because of the promised amenities, and I wish we would've stayed elsewhere. "

"Comfortable room. There was a smell like old urine, the coffeemaker worked occasionally. The parking is extra ($35 per day) for valet parking only if one has a car-East Coast rates. Convenient location if one has to do business at Ohio State."
