"The worst hotel ever I seen in my life the AC is not cold. I was complaining about nine times talked to the managers. Nothing happened is the worst vacation ever I have in my life with this. Nobody speak English and they don’t care."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎 I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎 In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10."
