"We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Sydney and would happily return. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and everything well maintained. The only small improvement I would suggest would be a firmer mattress, as I have a bad back and personally sleep better on a firmer bed. That said, it was still a comfortable night's sleep. The location is simply perfect. We were able to walk to some fantastic restaurants, cafés,...

"Hotel is close to many restaurants, short walk to Martin Place and Theatre Royal. Room was quiet and roomy. Bed very comfortable. Chose not to have buffet breakfast, but went for the à la carte menu instead, which I enjoyed."

"Nice hotel...but poor sound insulation. I was 15-18 floors up and could hear people exiting the bars/clubs on street level.. definitely would not stay here if youre a light sleeper"

"My first back packers place. Loved the whole vibe of the place, so relaxed, casual and inclusive (family and all ages). Loved the rooftop view and hanging out there with our pajamas, etc. The community pantry was also great although I did not use it as I played ahead for breakfast. I only took one star out because the breakfast did not have protein options like eggs, or bacon or sausages."

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"QT Sydney is a remodelled old department store. It is quirky, multi levelled with some lifts going to some floors & other lifts going to the others. The rooms are well appointed, our 11th storey room is a decent size with desk and chair, 2 x lounge seats, king bed, fridge, Nespresso, mini bar, cocktail maker, decent storage, safe and bathroom with twin basins, shower and a round bath. The dividing wall between the bath and bed area has a sliding wall enabling you to Watch the Tv from the bath....
