"The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful. They have a few different spaces to sit and work or perhaps just chit chat with a traveling companion. I booked a one bed bedroom and the space was big. Bigger than any other one bed hotel room I’ve ever had in the past. I loved the desk next to the tv, the couch by the window, the couch desk, the bathroom and there were so many outlets in the room. Having control of the thermostat was fantastic too! Front desk staff were so kind and helpful too."

"First, we were put in a room that was already occupied. They even asked us to bring the luggage inside the room to the front desk. They put us in a different room afterwards. Second, they have coin operated laundry machines. They couldn’t provide quarters. They said the safe code was just changed. They didn’t have access to their change. "Unfortunately, the service was completely unacceptable. On our first day, I had to call customer service three separate times just to get our room cleaned. They didn’t show up until 7:30 PM. When you’ve been walking all day, the last thing you want is to return to a dirty room when you just want to collapse and rest. To make matters worse, the exact same thing happened the next day. While the front desk tried to fix it by offering a free breakfast voucher, a voucher doesn't make up for losing...
