"This is the second time I paid for a type of room and It was not ready. One month ago I did the check in at 9pm, the receptionist gave me the key and the room was a completely disaster, the bed was not ready, dirty sheets, pillows on the floor, even I found a SCREW on the floor, that was really dangerous for my baby. (See pictures, We had to wait 2 hours to get the room ready, the receptionist only gave a Boucher for 20 dollars. Now, I paid extra money for a room with king bed and bathtub and I got a room with shower. I explained to the receptionist I need bathtub because I have a baby, the receptionist said I need to complain to Orbitz because they usually change the room if they don't have it. Completely frustrated and disappointed with this situation. the sofa bed was completely dirty (mold for all mattress). It was disgusting, lamps really dirty. Orbitz is trying to reach to the manager for 3 days and the manager doesn't respond yet. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"The room was nice and updated. Clean, smelled really really good. The bed was very comfy. The shower has decent water pressure. The front desk staff was more than helpful. They were kind and courteous. "

"What a great bang for your buck. We did not bring the family, but this is an amazing family hotel. You will not go hungry with the complimentary breakfast and dinner offerings. I did not use the pool. No time, but it looks spacious and so inviting. Next time! There were other options for dining and cocktails. I enjoyed the best spicy margarita! The property is very close to the parks and Disney Springs. The Drury is always one of our first picks when we travel. We will be staying in another Drury on our summer vacation with the grandkids. They love the breakfast, and I know they will love the dinner options if offered at that hotel. Very generous of a hotel to offer so many complimentary dining options. Can't wait to visit again!
