"Unfortunately, our stay was not up to par with our previous experience. Just to name a few things we experienced during our stay will be, dirty towels, uncleaned carpet and in room amenities. The worst of them all was the rooms of the hotel did not allow the A/C to be on while we are not in the room. Everytime we went back into the room after a long day at Disney the room was over 75 degrees, very hot, very muggy, very disappointing. The room will then take 2 hours to just reach 72 degrees which...

"This property was clean, had easy check in, and what looked like awesome pools. We didn’t get a chance to use them but it was nice. They gave us an activities calendar which was a nice touch. They had stuff going on all day. The front desk responded quickly to text requests and check out was a breeze."

"Our room smelled like urine. The breakfast was pretty terrible. The pool had fire ants all over the place and our toddlers got bit up. The ac stopped working in our room and I notified staff who said they’ll take a look at it. We left for the day and when we came back the ac never got fixed. They offered a different room but with 5 kids it was too hard of a move to make at midnight. The towels didn’t get replaced and the towels we hung up to reuse got taken so we were left without enough towels...

"The property is filthy and disgusting. Not clean at all. The kitchen had no pots or pans to cook with nor was there cooking utensils. The master bedroom bed was horrible so uncomfortable and I suffer from a broken back which made it worse. Couldn’t lock the front door as deadbolt was broken. Couldn’t lower air below 70 and the room wasn’t cold it took forever to cool down. The patio was disgustingly dirty."

"Unfortunately, this property charges a high daily parking fee. However, beware of their third party (Towne Park) who enforces their parking fee non-compliance. Unfortunately, I agreed to the high daily parking fee when I checked-in, and I was also ticketed by Towne Park after I had checked out for non-parking fee compliance. The Front Desk staff has been less than helpful in resolving this issue to my complete satisfaction. They pass the buck and by putting it on you to resolve between Towne...
