"The Magnolia Building could use a power wash on the outside— the building looked a bit dusted and spiderwebs all around. The inside of our unit was nice and spacious, nice well stocked kitchen, and the washer/dryer was great. However the carpet was stained in both bedrooms, the bathroom tiles in the master bathroom were cracked and unsteady when you walk on them. The living room couch had a vomit odor. Also, when you check in, you get pressured to learn about timeshares which I was not interested in, but the concierge kept pushing it. I did a preliminary Expedia review on the property and when I went to the front desk to check out— the worker asked me about my review and asked me to elaborate on my comments— I was caught off guard and put on the spot. It was very awkward. Overall this property is good for large groups/families, however I think there might be better places to stay in the area."
