"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."

"The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 night and 2 of the days we did not get our bath towels replaced. We also ran out of shampoo and body wash in the room. We called the front desk to get these items refilled but we never had a staff member bring them to us."
