The toilet doesn’t have temperature control. Everything else is 5 out of 5. We really loved our stay here. The kids loved the Pokémon room and said it was their best day in life when we arrived.

All the staff at the front desk were always very welcoming and kind. Service was great. We switched to a Pokemon room midway through our stay and had to leave our luggage with the reception while we went out early. When we returned, our luggages were taken to the new room already. Even though there were different staff members in the morning and by the time we had returned; as soon as I mentioned my name, they already knew who I was and had the new room keys all ready to go. The rooms and property were extremely clean. It was convenient to have a coin laundry room. The property is within minutes walking from the bustling Dotonbori but the hotel was very quiet. Metro lines were also very close by.

Very kids friendly and clean property. My toddler had a blast at the property’s lobby where kids can play with Japanese toys. The staff were kind and helpful and ensured comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back here.

We booked a family sized room for two people, and find the size comparable to North American hotel (probably much larger than a typical hotel in Japan). The hotel is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It's really close to Dontonbori but a slightly longer walk to Namba station, but it's definitely doable. Thankfully, this station is really convenient for travelling short & long distance. I would definitely consider booking with MIMARU again, if we were to come back to Japan.

As a family of 3, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel with spacious apartment style hotel room comparing to triple room or twins room with extra bed in other traditional type hotels with tiny rooms. The various household equipments snd tools, such as all the cutleries and laundry hanger and stools, inside the room are also thoughtful and useful that made the stay more comfortable. While not located at the exact central area, it is still within walkable distance to Namba and Shinsaibashi area with department stores and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Wonderful Spacious and comfortable room
Wonderful~ The room is spacious with projector for kids to watch Videos! Clean and comfortable! With a clean and large bath tub which is excellent! Car park is just opposite to the hotel ! Very convenient! Quiet at night! Every night we used the washing and dry machine! Highly recommend!
