A 3.5-star hotel. The staff didn't speak much English, but they were helpful. Very cramped rooms, with no space to put suitcases. In our opinion, a three-person room should only accommodate a double. Besides, if you're entitled to any privileges (I have an Expedia gold card), forget anyone even asking or offering you a room upgrade, etc. Otherwise, it was standard. A wide selection of breakfast options. The AC in the room could be stronger and the vents cleaner.

Thank you for resolving the issue with the lack of ventilation in the room I was initially assigned. I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay in a pleasant room. The breakfast was excellent, and the proximity to the station made transportation very convenient. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Overall, a good hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a Denny’s. Hotel is close to the train station and sunshine shopping center and there are many restaurants in the area. The room is a little bit bigger than the average Japanese hotel room. The only thing to note is if you have a queen bed, it will go the whole width of the room so the second person has to climb over to get to their side of the bed. The staff at the hotel is excellent very accommodating. The laundry facility is right adjacent to the front desk. If you’re drying your clothes, it takes a long time since it’s only a small dryer. overall, I would stay there again.

Our flights were cancelled and we were stuck in Osaka. The staff were incredibly helpful in finding us a room during our delay. Alleviated a lot of stress. Wifi needs to be improved but otherwise awesome experience.

I had a good stay here just for a few days for business. It’s right in front of Esaka station and there are lots of shopping places and restaurants nearby, so it’s super convenient. The room was small but it’s about the average size of business hotels in Japan… It was clean and quiet so it’s ok. There are two things I wished to have which are.. Breakfast Big shared spa There was a breakfast option but it wasn’t included in my plan and it was expensive for this kind of hotels. An affordable breakfast and a big spa would have made it a perfect stay.

Very clean; staff was nice; room is standard size on 12th floor; room has slippers and bath robes, lobby provides travel size bathroom supplies-toothbrush, toothpaste, razor...; great toilet and bathtub! Walkable distance to many supermarkets; ice machine and water machine on 12th floor. Negative aspects: wifi was weak; TV is pay to watch; no microwave in the room.
