"Loved our stay at the historic Thayer. My one consideration for the future is that there were a lot of events happening at the hotel on a Saturday and it would have been wonderful for Zulu or Pattons to be open earlier. We didn’t have any places to congregate while we were waiting for shuttles so the lobby became fairly crowded. Minor in the scheme of things as it really was a wonderful property."

"When I got there @ 45 mins early I used the bathroom in the lobby and it was immaculate. They let me check in early, room was extremely clean as was the bathroom. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The ac worked great.the water pressure was great and hot water stayed hot. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.hot waffles, biscuits and hot gravy, bagels, Danish, coffee, oj cranberry juice. A great value for the price. I'll def return when I'm back in the area."

"I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access"

"Room was not great there was a kitchenette but no utensils or plates towels were very cheap quality there was no shampoo when I arrived I had to get from front desk property was not cleaned didn’t find trash can anywhere only in the room one trash can was out side overflow this property should be 1 star will never go again charged over $100 per night but not good place to stay"

"Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. "Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off."

"This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least."

"Parking lot is a mess. Check in easy. Everything is old and unclean. We almost left after walking into the room, unfortunately there were not any vacancies in the places we wanted to stay. Washcloth was stained, towels very thin, no tissues, no soap dish for hand washing soap, limited plugs for charging, very thin bed linens. "The first room smelled like a wet locker room. The next room was clean and the A/C was good. However, the next day we were out of our room from 10 am to 530 pm and expected the room to have been cleaned. It wasn’t. I called the front desk from the room phone twice and the person couldn’t hear me at all - which meant the phone didn’t work. "It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room"
