"Clean and spacious room with excellent mountain view. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Hot spring baths were of good condition. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dining options. Parking was free and convenient. The main minor issue was that the door close between 12 midnight and 6am. Whoever like to stay late outside would better be aware of this. However, these was not much to do after midnight in that area, so it is not that bad."

"This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It was very convinient to have a restaurant on site, the onsen was lovely, and there are many unique things to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely return and stay for longer on our next visit!"

It would be better if they could provide useful information, such as nearby restaurants, when guests check in at the counter—especially since the hotel does not have its own dining facilities.
