"quarto bom, a propriedade é linda, mas o atendimento ainda é muito amador!Chegamos as 14:40 no hotel e não nos deixaram entrar afirmando que o quarto so estaria livre as 15:00, nem aporta do hotel foi aberta, informaram pelo interfone para que retornassermos depois das 15:00. achei um absurdo pelo valor cobrado da diária esse tipo de descaso como cliente!No mais a propriedade é muito linda"

"Great location - just a street away from all the main hub by the lake side I have stayed at the Central hotel by the same group in my same trip, I think this one the location is even more central Clean room, love the amenities and the complimentary snacks Great service, the staff have been very helpful However, beware if you are staying at rooms close by the street - the noise from pedestrians passing by talking and the rubbish truck coming by at three in the morning was not nice"

"Balmoral Lodge was the perfect place to stay in Queenstown. The location is unbeatable—close to town but peaceful with stunning lake and mountain views. The facilities were spotless and well-equipped, and the space felt warm and comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. "It’s my earth vision of heaven. I loved the peace and quiet that is hard to find these days. I had some of the best sleeps of my life there. The air is so clean. It was amazing to wake up in the morning briefing so light and easy, and without a headache. My melatonin working on its own. My body just feeling the nature and the energy of the place.
