Great location, just opposite the lake. Quiet and comfy. Eclectic decor which I loved, a tremendous amount of thought gone into this place, totally unique. Owners very accommodating and helpful. I prefer to stay in family owned enterprises and this definitely exceeded my expectations. Compact but beautifully executed

First of all, you must be charmed by the decoration and personality on display at Koke-Musu-inn. The place is alive with character. Then the staff welcomes you with their own charm and the package is complete. I found the care taken to provide a comfortable stay very impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, and the location was great! I was glad to have found an easily accessible stopping point outside of Kyoto city. Much easier to decompress at night. I look forward to my next trip to Japan and hope I’ll get to stay there again.

I love the whole aesthetic and Japanese style, not to mention all the anime! As an Anime lover myself it was so much fun finding all the hidden figurines such as Attack on Titan flying over head or Vegeta protecting me in the bathroom. The staff was amazing and friendly. Spoke limited English and even surprised me with a strawberry sundae for my birthday!

This is a very cute inn with a lot of personality. The owners are very gracious and have put their personal touch on everything. Just a couple minutes walk from the shore of Lake Biwa.

Absolutely the coolest place we have ever stayed! A very inventive and unique treatment on a traditional Japanese house. Cool things everywhere. The host family was very hospitable and ready to help with anything we needed. Very convenient to Otsu and Ishiyama area. We will certainly return here again! Very artistic setting with both modern and traditional Japanese treatments!

鬼滅の部屋に子供二人は大喜びで登ったり色々フィギュアを探し回ったり、ロフト奥の隠し部屋にテンションが上がっていました。 部屋内の２階へのはしごは真っ直ぐタイプで２箇所から登れました。 キッチンや鍋や食器、トイレ、１人用の五右衛門風呂風(身体洗いもその中で)がついていました。 ３キロ洗濯乾燥５００円のコインランドリーも施設内にあり、夏は嬉しい。乾きがいまいちでしたが、追加乾燥＋１００円もあり◎(あとから気がつきました…) やはり口コミや施設説明文にもあるように、部屋内も小さな階段や段差が多く子供がふと踏み外してしまい何回かひやっとしました。 細かい作りなのでホコリもたまっていたり、冷蔵庫内のホコリや小さな蚊？みたいなのが死んでいたので、こちらで掃除してから使用しました。 あとDIYなので家具のネジなどもゆるんでいたりでした。 大人2名、小学生生低学年1名、年長1名で、宿泊料19000ほど＋消費税＋子供分小学生分？2727円＋朝食代一人1500×3.ライト朝食1000円で３万程かかりました。 この人数でこの値段だとかなり狭くコスパも△と感じました。 隠れ部屋２階で寝るのは、クーラーしてても、乾燥と暑さでしんどかったです。 あと呼び鈴みたいなのもあれば嬉しかったかな。 でも子供は泊まる＋遊び場が一緒になったかんじで喜んでいました。 オーナーさん夫婦？はとても感じのいい方でした。ありがとうございました！

非常にコンパクトなスペースなのにぬくもりや清潔感、インテリアのこだわりを感じさせていただき、満足できた滞在でした。 ロフトでも寝心地もよく、疲れが癒されました。 タオル素材にもこだわりが見受けられ、吸水率の高い生地で シャワー後の拭き心地が最高で快適でした。

家族4人がグッスリ寝れます。

コンパクトだけど、上手に空間を使ってる感じで私は好きでした。主人は寝返りで膝をぶつけたりしていたので、コンパクトととるか狭いととるかはその人の感覚かなとも思います。大人二人と小学生高学年二人でもグッスリ寝れましたよ。インテリアが凝ってて、良かったです。

趣味の詰まったゲストハウス

自宅の一角をゲストハウスとして使っている。趣味のフィギュアや小物などたくさんあり面白い。入口の足元にいた金魚が可愛いかった。 徒歩圏内には飲食店が少ない。 アメニティは充分に揃っている。 段差の多い部屋だったのでハイハイ時期の子供がいて寝るとき困った。子連れの方は電話で確認すると良い。 トイレの汚れがあり残念。 他が良くてもここだけは気をつけてもらいたい。

Struttura situata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, facilmente raggiungibile. Ha una fermata dell'autobus 1 minuto dall'albergo. Ci si muove molto facilmente. Il locale è molto caratteristico. La stanza è piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Il letto è sopraelevato rispetto al piano normale. Ma è possibile dormire anche nel piano di sotto con il futon anche matrimoniale, basta chiedere alla proprietaria. Il bagno in camera ha il tutto necessario comprensivo di doccia. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con il thè di benvenuto e alla nostra partenza siamo stati salutati con thè e dolci. Il personale è molto gentile e parlano inglese. È possibile richiedere anche il servizio si spedizione dei bagagli, la spesa dipende dalla grandezza di esse. Posto consigliato per tutto.
