The staff is also so friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the gym on site down by the marina, it desperately needs a facelift but otherwise everything else has been amazing. "I never stayed here before but it is amazing! So clean, starbucks in the lobby. Valet parking, and they are wonderful. The room was so clean, spacious and what a view of the harbour from the 14th floor. The staff is so wonderful and courteous, fast and friendly. Best hotel ive stayed in in a while"
