With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. "Room was small. Our room was on the 4th (top) floor so no noise from anyone above us. Bathroom was also small and the water pressure in the shower was low, not a big issue for us but it might be for other people. Very reasonable price for the area of Chicago it is in. Would stay here again."
