"Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. "Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. Staff where very helpful and explained everything.
The room was an inside 'queen' with no window. Not having a window into the outside world was not a problem. The window into the bathroom was however rather strange.
The shower/toilet area had a lightly frosted glass screen around, so privacy was almost zero. A rather strange and avoidable fitment. Why not a plain panel ?
